Honey Beer Bread from the kitchen of Ain’t MisBeehaiving
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup honey
1 can (12 ounces) beer
¼ cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly pour in beer and honey. Stir until combined, but do not over mix.
Brush the inside of a 9×5 bread pan with ½ the melted butter. Spread batter in evenly and brush with
remaining butter. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Enjoy!
