VARIETAL HONEY is honey made primarily from the nectar from a single type of flowering plant. There are over 300 types of varietal honeys in the United States alone! Bee Squared is pleased to offer local clover and alfalfa/wildflower honeys as well as a California orange blossom honey. We also offer a seasonal cranberry blossom and raspberry blossom, both from Pennsylvania.
