Our alfalfa honey ages for 100 days in freshly used spiced rum barrels given to us from our friends at Spirit Hound Distillers. The barrels contained orange peels, cinnamon, vanilla beans, cranberries, and cloves, all of which you can taste in the honey. It goes great on ice cream, yogurt, fruit, and of course, in a cocktail!
