Ginger Honey Salad Dressing (National Honey Board)

  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • ½ c. rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ c. honey
  • 3 T. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 T. fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¾ t. sesame oil
  • 1/8 t. crushed red pepper
  • Salt to taste

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients. This did mature beautifully so if you have a
chance to make it a day ahead, I would.
