We’ve been thinking about sea salt caramel honey for a long time because we love anything sea salt/ caramel. We take “dark roast” honey, add a bit of organic caramel flavoring and fine Fleur de sel for a remarkably smooth and flavorful honey. Enjoy on sliced apples and pears, drizzled over some popcorn, or straight out of the jar! A two thumbs up on ice cream as well.
