Our rose petal-infused honey is the first Good Food Award-winning honey in the state. We gently stir biodynamic rose petals from local Colorado farm Happy Heart Farm CSA into our alfalfa/wildflower honey and let them infuse throughout the summer. The result is a subtly floral, exquisitely delicious honey. Perfect drizzled over warm brie or goat cheese, ice cream, whipped cream, or even hot cocoa.
