Our rose petal infused honey is the first Good Food Award winning honey in the state. Biodynamic rose petals from Happy Heart Farm CSA in Fort Collins are gently stirred into out alfalfa/wildflower honey and left to infuse for the summer. The result is a subtle rose scented and flavored utterly delicious honey. It is simply stunning with a warm brie or goat cheese. Great on ice cream. We love it drizzled on whipped cream topped hot cocoa, too. A rare honey that is limited by the amount of rose petals we can harvest annually. Get it why you can!
